Fields

resource_id: u64

Resource the cap targets. Stable kernel resources: 1=log_write, 2=spawn, 3=console_read, 4=console_push, 5=introspect, 6..=18 the other kernel authorities (kernel/src/capability/mod.rs, e.g. 6=service_control, 8=reboot, 15=image_spawn); larger ids are IPC endpoints, and [4096, 6144) is the delegated-resource band (§7.10).

rights: u8

Rights bitfield: READ=1, WRITE=2, SEND=4, RECV=8, GRANT=16, REVOKE=32.
