BAR index meaning “the first mapped MEMORY BAR” rather than a numbered one.
Use this when one driver covers devices that put their registers in different BARs - the e1000 uses BAR0 where the RTL8168 puts I/O ports there and its registers in BAR2. Both are “the first memory BAR”, and neither driver should have to know which it got.
