How long to wait for a whole-volume sweep (Fs::check or Fs::scrub).
Far longer than an ordinary call, and that is the point. These walk every referenced block on
the volume; a chunk write and a full scrub are each one request and one reply, and only one of
them can be expected back in seconds. A deadline shorter than the operation turns a slow success
into Error::OutcomeUnknown, which is worse than waiting because it forbids the retry that
would have fixed it.
